U-turn is only applied for road users from east who want to take a turn. While road users from west side can't use this U-turn.
"Vehicles from west can use U-turn under Pondok Kopi Flyover," he added.
8 personnel from East Jakarta Sudinhub and Duren Sawit Satpol PP are deployed to control traffic flow around this U-turn.
